Talent profiles we are watching for

Six rough profiles. They are not formal job descriptions — those get written once we know we have the right person. If you see yourself in one of these, write to us and we will move quickly.

  • Senior full-stack engineer

    Strong TypeScript + Node. Comfortable across both the NestJS backend and the Next.js front-end. Bonus: Postgres performance, Prisma, queue systems, multi-tenant SaaS experience.

    Riyadh, KSA — hybrid

  • AI / ML engineer

    Experience grounding LLMs in tenant data: retrieval pipelines, embedding stores, citation strategies. Anthropic Claude or OpenAI in production. Comfortable with evaluation harnesses, not just demos.

  • Senior product designer

    Enterprise SaaS depth. Comfortable designing for both maintenance managers (information-dense screens) and field technicians (mobile, gloves, sunlight). Bilingual EN / AR design experience strongly preferred.

  • Customer success / implementation lead

    EAM, CMMS, or asset-intensive industry background. You have run a Maximo, SAP PM, or Infor EAM rollout and know where the rough edges live. You speak Arabic and English fluently.

  • Enterprise account executive

    KSA-native B2B SaaS sales. You have closed six- and seven-figure deals with utilities, telcos, government, or industrial operators in the Kingdom. You understand procurement cycles and Vision 2030 anchors.
