Asset 360 depth, signatures, and a full audit trail

Assets get the depth enterprise teams expect: every part an asset consumes shows its live stock position, every field edit is recorded with a before-and-after, and work orders and permits capture real signatures. Criticality-driven risk scoring and Hijri dates round it out.

    • Asset 360 — Inventory: the spare parts an asset consumes now show current stock on hand against reorder level, with a low-stock flag, right on the asset page.Module
    • Asset 360 — Audit history: every field edit (cost, criticality, location, and more) is recorded with who changed it, when, and the before → after value, alongside the existing status timeline.ModuleSecurity
    • Signature capture on work orders and permits: holder and issuer sign on the device, stored with the record as compliance evidence.ModuleCompliance
    • Asset risk taxonomy: classify assets by criticality and by risk (likelihood × impact) to drive maintenance prioritisation.Module
    • Hijri calendar preference per tenant, shown alongside Gregorian dates throughout.PlatformCompliance
    • Job plans apply onto a work order — tasks, parts, and labor estimates copied in — from a brand-new WO or an existing one.Module

Dashboards you arrange, plus fleet automation

Dashboards become yours to arrange: drag, resize, and save a layout per role, or tidy the whole grid in one click. Behind the scenes, daily KPI snapshots build trend history, and the agent fleet, saved views, and integrations all get more dependable.

    • Customizable dashboards: drag and resize every widget, save a named layout per role, hide what you don’t use, and reset the grid with one-click Tidy or Equalize.UXPlatform
    • Daily KPI snapshots: open and overdue work orders, active PMs, low-stock parts, and completions are captured each day, so dashboards show the trend, not just today.Platform
    • Operations and command centers rebuilt as live operations surfaces — activity feed, system health, top priorities — with honest loading and error states instead of silent zeros.UXModule
    • Saved views can be shared at the role level, so a whole team opens the same filtered list without rebuilding it.Platform
    • Work orders can be assigned to a team, not just a person, and an overdue-WO escalation routes to the right owner automatically.Module
    • Agent fleet automation: every run is audit-logged, agents can be enabled or disabled platform-wide, and scheduling is leader-locked so a job never double-fires across instances.AIPlatform
    • Integrations reliability layer: inbound syncs detect and resolve conflicts instead of overwriting, with a dead-letter path for anything that can’t be applied.Platform

Granular access control + simpler provisioning

Access control gets finer and account provisioning gets simpler. Admins now grant access page-by-page — not just by module — and create users by email or Employee ID. Customer onboarding folds modules and their pages into a single picker. Closing the month, a platform-wide Arabic language pass.

    • Page-level access control: restrict a user to specific pages within their licensed modules, with section-level select-all. Finer-grained than module entitlements alone; org admins keep full access by design.SecurityPlatform
    • Employee-ID / username sign-in for field and shared-workstation staff — no inbox required — with an operator-set one-time password and forced change on first login.Security
    • Email invitations now carry page access: the pages an admin selects apply the moment the invitee accepts.SecurityPlatform
    • Customer provisioning unified into one tree: tick a category to license it and include its pages, expand to fine-tune individual pages.PlatformUX
    • Add-a-user moved from a cramped dialog to a full page, matching the customer-creation flow.UX
    • Platform-wide Arabic humanization: native GCC-enterprise phrasing across the UI, a canonical terminology glossary, and Hindu-Arabic numerals enforced throughout.Platform
