Q2 2026 — in flight

Actively in development this quarter. Customers in the founding programme see weekly progress updates on these.

  • WCAG AA + Lighthouse perf audit

    Platform

    Audit every customer-facing route against WCAG AA, fix the top 10 findings, and add Lighthouse budgets to CI so deploys block on score regressions.

  • Knowledge Base — reference cards for standards

    Module

    Pre-built KB article stubs for ISO 55000, ISO 14224, SMRP best practices, and PDPL articles. Platform-level articles all tenants inherit.

  • Tenant document vault

    Module

    Tenants upload their licensed copies of standards, internal SOPs, and policy documents. Indexed for AI retrieval with per-document access controls.

  • Responsive + zoom-adaptive layout pass

    Platform

    Every page tested and tuned for mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop, and 4K wall display. Fluid typography, viewport-unit safety, density-aware breakpoints.

  • Public API developer portal

    Integration

    OpenAPI spec at /api with auth instructions, integration recipes, webhook docs, and reference SAP / Oracle integrations.

Committed for the next quarter. Scope is locked; specific feature shapes may refine through customer feedback.

  • Nafath SSO integration

    Localisation

    KSA national digital identity sign-on for government and B2C-adjacent workflows. Reduces onboarding friction for Kingdom-specific tenants.

  • HyperPay / Moyasar billing integration

    Integration

    Connect a real KSA payment gateway behind the manual-payment provider that powers billing today. Enables self-serve checkout for the first paying customers.

  • Native iOS + Android wrappers

    Mobile

    Capacitor wrappers around the existing PWA so technicians can install from App Store and Play Store. Same offline queue and scan flows.

  • Slack + Teams + WhatsApp notifications

    Integration

    Outbound integrations that mirror in-app notifications. WO assignments and SLA-breach alerts route to the channel the team already lives in.

  • AI assistant — Phase 8: contracts + customer support

    AI

    Contract obligation extraction, renewal forecasting, customer-support reply drafting. Builds on Phases 1–7 already shipped.

  • PDPL article-by-article privacy audit

    Compliance

    Full crosswalk of the privacy policy against PDPL articles with public version-controlled record of which controls satisfy each.

    Compliance

    Move from "aligned" / "ready" to formally certified. Includes the audit engagement and any control gaps that surface.

  • Partner ecosystem programme

    Platform

    Integrator + reseller programme with technical certification, joint marketing, and revenue share. For KSA system integrators and EAM consultancies.

  • Industry-specific accelerators

    Module

    Pre-built configurations for data centres, telecom towers, utilities substations, and hospital biomedical estates. Vertical templates that compress deploy time further.

A note on roadmap honesty

We don't publish features here that are not actually being designed or built. The Now bucket reflects what engineers are currently working on. Next is committed scope. Later is genuine direction, not aspirational marketing. If something you need is missing, that is itself a useful signal — write to us, especially if you would be the customer who needs it.
