We are picking partners carefully, by hand, while the programme is in early access. The framework below is what we will run. If your firm fits one of these profiles, the application is one email and a conversation.

Early-access programme

Three partner tracks

Distinct value chains, distinct commercial models. A firm can run more than one track if the practice areas are genuinely separate.

  • Implementation partners

    System integrators + EAM consultancies who deliver NextEAM rollouts.

    Who this is for

    KSA-based integrators with operations background — utilities, telecom, government tenders, industrial facilities. You have run a Maximo, SAP PM, or Infor EAM project end-to-end. You know how to talk to a maintenance manager and a procurement evaluator in the same meeting.

    We provide

    • Technical certification track with hands-on labs
    • Sandbox tenant + reference architecture documentation
    • Joint go-to-market support for qualified deals
    • Margin on resold licenses + services revenue you bill the customer directly
    • Early access to roadmap features for joint design

    We expect

    • KSA legal entity + commercial registration
    • Two certified architects + four certified consultants within 12 months
    • At least two reference customer deployments per year
    • Customer satisfaction tracked + reported each quarter
  • Reseller partners

    Authorised commercial distributors who close NextEAM deals on our paper.

    Who this is for

    B2B SaaS resellers with established customer relationships in target industries. You sell, we deliver. Or you sell + outsource delivery to an implementation partner. We are flexible on the model as long as the customer experience stays consistent.

    We provide

    • Pricing protection — your customer is yours; no end-runs
    • Quote-to-order workflow + co-branded materials
    • Discount tiers based on annual committed volume
    • Joint marketing for named-account programmes

    We expect

    • KSA legal entity + ability to invoice in SAR
    • At least two named-account targets per quarter
    • Sales-team training on the platform + procurement positioning
  • Technology partners

    ISVs whose product integrates with NextEAM (or vice versa).

    Who this is for

    Vendors with a complementary product — sensor / IoT platforms, ERP systems, scheduling tools, BIM/CAD, GIS, e-procurement marketplaces. You build the integration, we co-list it. Mutual customer wins.

    We provide

    • Public technical review + integration certification badge
    • Listing in the /developers integration directory
    • Joint customer references when integration usage is meaningful
    • Early API access for emerging endpoints

    We expect

    • A working integration documented as an open recipe
    • Customer support coverage on your side of the integration
    • Compliance with our security review (data scoping, no PII leakage)

Applying

One email. We respond within five business days with either a deeper conversation or a clear no — we are not the right partner for every firm and that is fine.

  1. 1Email partners@nexteam.me with which track fits your firm and a one-paragraph picture of your practice.
  2. 2Discovery call (~45 min) with an architect to scope fit, your customer base, and any active deals where we can move quickly.
  3. 3Mutual NDA + initial partner agreement. We aim for a signed agreement within two weeks of the discovery call when there is fit.
  4. 4Onboarding sprint: certification kickoff, sandbox tenant, named architect for the first 90 days, joint target list.
